First Digital Trust (FDT) is seeking an Business Analyst with a can-do attitude to join our growing Product Team in Kuala Lumpur. The Junior Business Analyst will act as an important bridge between Product and Technology to understand desired outcomes, elicit requirements and then translate them into coherent functionalities that can be easily implemented. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams including Sales, Finance and Marketing on analyses and reporting.

• Gather and evaluate business requirements from stakeholders and customers
• Prepare business / function specs for engineer team for product development
• Create Customer / User Journey, User Stories together with product owner.
• Assist and work closely with UIUX designer in conducting the product user interview, usability session.
• Ensure business requirements and rules are included in product design prototype.
• Assist QA team to prepare test cases and scripts for product testing.
• Review test cases and scenarios whether meet the business acceptance criteria for the product.
• Assist product owner to monitor overall product delivery progress.
